Business park Kickersbloem 3

The Municipality of Voorne aan Zee is developing the Kickersbloem 3 business park in Hellevoetsluis. On this page you will find more information about the business park and contact details. You will also find all adopted documents, on which the municipality has made decisions. 

Kickersbloem 3 is located in Hellevoetsluis, northeast of the existing business park Kickersbloem 1 and 2, along Ravenseweg towards Oudenhoorn. The site is 93 hectares in size. Of this, we can issue 65.7 hectares as building land. The development of this business park is important for the economy in our municipality. It attracts new companies to Voorne aan Zee and creates jobs.

Interested in a plot? 

At business park Kickersbloem 3, almost all lots have been sold or reserved. Only building lots 5 and 6 are still available. Following a notice on the municipal website, many interested parties have applied. Because several interested parties want the same lots, the municipality will ensure a transparent land allocation process and a supplement to the "Consideration Framework for issuance dated January 29, 2022" published in 2022. For this purpose the municipality has drawn up a new "Guideline sales procedure lot 5 and 6 Kickersbloem 3".

Health ensure that the completed and signed application form reaches the Municipality of Voorne aan Zee no later than August 27, 2025 by 11:59 pm.

Questions and answers following registration process lots 5 and 6

Can the petitioner assume that if there is a positive draw, the activities as described will be allowed? Has the municipality checked this?

No. It is the petitioner's responsibility to check whether the activities fit within the zoning plan, the rules for business activities, the image quality plan and other rules that apply to Kickersbloem 3.

Is there a minimum requirement for building?

Yes. Over the first 30 meters at the front of the lot, a minimum of 60% must be built on. This is also stated in the zoning plan.

Does the building requirement double if an interested party buys two lots? Or is it then considered one lot?

If an interested party purchases two lots, this is considered one lot. The building requirement of 60% then applies to the entire new lot.

Company X (name known to municipality) needs mostly outdoor space (e.g., parking spaces) and less building. Can the building requirement then be waived?

Yes, the municipality can grant permission to deviate from the building requirement. But the municipality then asks that something be done to accommodate the deviation, with the goal of keeping the appearance of the area good.
