The Municipality of Voorne aan Zee is developing the Kickersbloem 3 business park in Hellevoetsluis. On this page you will find more information about the business park and contact details. You will also find all adopted documents, on which the municipality has made decisions.
Kickersbloem 3 is located in Hellevoetsluis, northeast of the existing business park Kickersbloem 1 and 2, along Ravenseweg towards Oudenhoorn. The site is 93 hectares in size. Of this, we can issue 65.7 hectares as building land. The development of this business park is important for the economy in our municipality. It attracts new companies to Voorne aan Zee and creates jobs.
Interested in a plot?
Good news! Two plots of land measuring over 5,000 m² have become available. These plots will be offered to the public by means of a tender process. If you have any questions about these plots, for example about dimensions, land price, environmental category, or building regulations, please come to the town hall for the walk-in meeting on Wednesday, February 11, from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
If you are unable to attend the walk-in meeting, you can send your questions to nl. You can also use this email address to request all documents that are relevant to the registration process. If, after receiving the documents, you are interested in one of the lots, please submit your registration in writing before Friday, March 6, 5:00 p.m. by sending an email to: nl.
