Pool Dukdalf offers many fun aqua sports, such as aqua aerobics, aqua jogging, aqua swim and aquatrim. There are special activities for seniors. There is a suitable activity for everyone.

Aquafit kids

Having fun, being in motion and discovering what is possible in the water. That's Aquafit kids. Every week there is a different fun theme, such as snorkeling, playing with balls, relays and moving to music. Children with swimming certificate B are welcome to join. Together we make every lesson a party in the water.

Aquagym 60 plus

Exercise in water is good for muscles, joints and fitness. You do not need to be able to swim. The exercises are done in shallow water and at a leisurely pace. This class is especially for people over 60 who want to exercise together in warm water.

Aquajogging

Aquajogging means walking in deep water. Wearing a swimming belt allows you to stay upright without effort. Train the whole body with different exercises. Aquajogging is suitable for young and old and also ideal for recovery after injuries.

Aquarobics

Aquarobics is suitable for those who enjoy moving in water but do not enjoy swimming. The workout is to music and improves fitness and muscle strength. The exercises are done standing in shallow water.

Aquatrim

This workout focuses on improving fitness by swimming all swim strokes. It is a complete workout for body and fitness.

Aquavaria

Aquavaria is an energetic workout in deep and shallow water. Do varied exercises to upbeat music with or without materials. Work on better condition, stronger muscles and burn calories. Decide for yourself how intense the workout will be. Every class is different, surprising and fun.

Aquazwem

Aquazwem is an active way to exercise in the water and work on fitness. The exercises are varied and are sometimes done with materials. This keeps you fit and in motion.

Breast and back crawl, improve technique

This class is designed for anyone who can already swim breast, and back crawl but would like to improve their technique. 

Parent and child swimming

Have fun with your child for half an hour in warm water (at least 30 degrees). There will be singing, splashing and playing. Your child will learn in a playful way not to fear water and to save themselves. With this, even toddlers can become guppy certified.

Swimming for pregnant women

These classes are especially for expectant mothers. The exercises take place in deep or semi-deep water under the guidance of an instructor. The water relieves the body, making movement easier. The classes combine fitness with relaxation. Work on your fitness and get some rest, too. It is also a fun way to meet other expectant mothers and share experiences.
