Aquabootcamp is a challenging and varied workout. Every week we have a different theme with new exercises. Once in a while we do a fitness test. You will notice that you become fitter and get results.

The training sessions are tough. Yet almost everyone can participate. You can do all the exercises at your own level. Moreover, in the water you have little chance of injury. You train your muscles with the resistance of the water. Our instructors will help you do the exercises correctly.
